I don't know SW very well but I'd just check with your group leader that you are actually eating enough? Thats a lot of weight to lose but like i said i dont know much bout that plan so could be normal!!

I get dizzy an lightheaded from low blood sugar so just try keeping an eye on how long you go between meals? And try not to 'save' your days food for the evening!! I had developed the bad habit of eating very little for breakfast an lunch and having a large dinner but feel much better now I'm eating a larger breakfast!

Also make sure your hydrated enough as not drinking enough water will make you feel rough too.

Thanks for the advice, currently I'm eating loads all day and drinking loads of fluids I think it maybe the low blood sugar has I've gone from eating loads of junk to really healthy things
