Butter and cooking spray

The square butter u get served in pubs in the little packets.
Sweet and sour, sweet chilli cooking sprays from Aldi- saw these today and thought they looked interesting. Anyone got any idea of syns?

The butter packs I think are the 10g portions which are 3½ syns each.

Don't know about the cooking sprays, sorry.
