When a binge isn't the end of the world...

On Monday, I couldn't take it anymore. After 12 days of eating nothing I had and craved some take-away. I gave in, but the thing is the day after I didn't feel guilty and I got back on the saddle because what I know is Exante works, and this is the difference between this and other diets where you are more likely to significantly gain. Anyway, I'm still down 4lbs for that week, and I actually looked forward to having some soupage. :)

Hey personally I don't think having a little something once in a while is bad. I've done it loads when on cd. Not on exante though I would have a weigh in and if I'd missed a pack then instead of having 2 meals crammed in I follow my craving from take away but normally something quite good :/ but then back to it next day not everyone is lucky an this would set then back but it never did with me. Eventually we all have to eat and if you have to eat then as long as you make the right choices the majority of the time once off exante is fine. My CDC used to say oh tonight we are having "x y z" and then on this day this etc but they were what she allowed herself to have as a break. Xxx

Hiya,
Don't beat yourself up about it it's done and thats that. I think on a personal note if you can get back into it afterwards then surely it's better to slip once in a while than to give up completely. If you look at the calories you would have consumed over a week before this diet then you'll still be in a better position than before. I'm trying to do TS Mon-Fri with a treat of high protein low carb meal on a Sat night, if this keeps me going all week as it's something to look forward too. Good luck with the rest of your week x
