Chicken & Mushroom Recipe?

I've promised my OH parent's i'd cook for them tonight as they are helping with the decorating.

Has anyone got any good SW friendly chicken and mushroom recipes?

Without sounding really daft here............. what kind of chicken & mushroom recipe are you after???

I know it is kind of too late for that but you never know...

peel the garilc and fry it with onions and chilli

slice the chicken and add to the pan, spray with fry light if needed...

wash the mushrooms and slice them add to the pan (a box for 2 people)

after couple of minutes add a spoon of Philadelphia (again for 2 portions) and chopped parsely

add boiled pasta (wholemeal taste great as well) and stir well with salt and pepper
