Extra ProPoints Activity Points

Hiya,
Our group tonight was about Activity points.... the leader said that before you start earning activity points you have to have reached a healthy level for that day... for most people thats approx 5500 steps... i just noticed that there are quite a few people recording and eating activity points and then not losing weight and not understanding why.... maybe this might be why?? Just a thought..... :)
