Have a holiday starting 6th August, Wasn't going to start refeed till Saturday, but so craving it, started now, which isn't necessarily bad. Just had tuna chunks with plain lettuce leaves with salt and pepper. Tasted like the best thing i have ever eaten. just got to get refeed correct, and then continue to loose/maintain! Looking to you all for inspiration on here. :family2:
 
Hi Catherine good luck with the refeed and well done on the weight loss. i'm away the 10tha nd am looking at starting refeed on saturday. keep in touch how u go on hun good luck..x
 
Good luck with the refeed. One pointer though, lay off the salt. You'll find you really don't need it :)
