Fresh apricot recipes anyone?

Does anyone have any recipes for these - I tried a search but they all came up as recipes for dried apricots.

You get them for such a short while over here at a decent price (they are just £1 a punnet in ASDA at the mo!) it would be nice to do something a bit different rather than just scoffing them!

Would be willing to sacrifice a few syns for a cooked fruit recipe.

I eat mine with bran flakes and apricot muller for breakfast. Gorgeous.
You could try the 0.5 syn roulade with them?

Or mix with Philly cheese on ryvita
