Hi guys,
I've had a look on the main website, and for a birds eye battered fish fillet (100g), it's 8.5 syns on EE & Red, and 12 syns on Green.
Am i right in thinking, because fish is free on Red & EE, that the 8.5 syns are for the batter?
I'm on Green and i'd be having the fish as my HE, so it'd just be the batter i'd have to count.
I think i've thought about it too much and confused myself!
