WK 11 Weigh In

Lost another pound so now in the 9's can't believe it and have lost over 2 stone. 13lbs to go ... I am still motivated and determined to get to goal even if its a pound a week ... that said it will take another 13 weeks!!!!!! Blimey oh well we'll see xx
