Diet starts from now.
Thinking tomorrow of having porridge for breakfast, is the cinnamon flavour oats so simple an healthy extra or does it need to be synned?

For lunch I will probably have a salad or some sort

Then tea steamed veg and mackeral in brine!
 
Didnt get an answer about the oats so simple syn value? So had -

Brekkie - Branflakes and a banana
Just been the gym and did 30 min cross trainer, 20 min incline walk, 15 min bike
Snack - Apple
Lunch - Large handful of pasta, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, peppers, onion, tuna, a tbsp of extra light mayo, a tbsp of salad cream light (2 syns)
Tea - Jacket spud, mushy peas, mackeral, brown sauce and marg (4 syns).

Going for a run soon!

Supper - Alpen bar choc and fudge, (3 syn)

Total - 9 syns

Liked today alot, is my diet plan ok?

Snack - Apple
Lunch - Half a pasta n sauce (1/2 syn), boiled carrots peas and sweetcorn, ham
Snack - Pineapple
Tea - Lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, carrot, boiled egg, spicy chicken pasta (5 syn)
Snack - Alpen bar and white choc options (5 1/2)

First week didnt go to plan! Grr I need to find some will power and stop my emotions running what I eat!!

New start, new month!

Breakfast - Malted wheaties + skimmed milk (HEA + HEB)
Lunch - Homemade soup, two slices of ww bread (5 syns)
