Really good idea deezer - I have stuck a photo on my fridge as well. Also took a side view pic of me day I started on Lt which was yesterday lol and it is bloody awful. But enough keep me 100% focused!!!! I hope - though had a wobbly moment earlier and have had go to my room to keep out way all food going on downstairs!!! Xx
 
Gone to your room lol. That's something I'd do. Unfortunately my baby has other ideas about bedtime at the minute and my oh is out baling until goodness knows what time. Too much temptation around and i doubt my peppermint tea will quash the cravings I'm having. Not good.
Have you also taken measurements? I have. I'm planning on exercising again from next week and on other diets have become demotivated when I've put on muscle (weight.) knowing you've lost inches sometimes helps.
 
Oh of course you have a baby - awww how sweet. Sorry I must have sounded so lazy to you!!! Lol. No I have not taken measurements - I will do that though - it's a really good idea.

Don't succumb to those temptations - we have day three to go through together!!! And we prob only a few days away from the big k kicking in. And is meant to get better. I feel like i am losing weight though - do you? X

Yeah i know what you mean...I feel like i'm shrinking but i thought that was part of the trip i was having earlier lol. I'm avoiding the scales as If 've lost any fewer than 7 lbs a day I'll convince myself that it's not worth the effort lol. I'm easily distracted :p
 
Well done in day 2. I'm just finishing day 2 as well and feeling the love for day 3 coming. I really like the thought of takin pictures and measurements! Sounds brilliant to always keep that picture to know you can never go back once you have lost all the weight and to remind ourselves of all the hard work we put into being skinny!!
 
I had my last shake of the day only an hour ago. I'm hoping that if I feel fuller at bedtime I'll have a better nights sleep tonight. Good luck with tomorrow, I've a feeling we'll all need it.

Hope it does Deezer. I've got up this morning and not had to run down stairs for my shake. Just a coffee to start the day and maybe a midmorning latte mixed shake for me. Feeling good :) Glad things are getting easier for you as well.
 
It was an iced latte. Mixed a vanilla shake with ice the I put a shot of expresso in and shook it together. If you don't have a coffee machine just mix a spoon of instant coffee with hot water and put that in. Lovely.

Didn't feel like diet food but maybe my tastebuds have died after 4 days!

Might have to try the mousee, I'm scared the smaller quantity might not fill me though lol.
 
Oh try it try it try it! I have to admit I was worried about that too but had big glass of water before and after and didn't notice any difference in hunger. As in I haven't felt hungry at all.

But am concerned about my caffeine intake shaky shaky!!
