Quark and blueberries

I have a tub of quark and loads of blueberries and thinking of making a cheesecake or anything at all to use them up. Does anyone have any good lowish syn recipes?

Do you have any meringue nests?
I would crush a meringue nest and mix with the blueberries and quark (premixed with vanilla essence and splenda)

Can you make meringue? Lol
You could omit it!! or crush a biscuit in?

I bet cocoa, sweetener quark and blueberries would be nice also
