Eating out - Frankie and Bennys

Hi Guys

Ive just eaten out and ordered the meatballs on spaghetti (3 pork and beef meatballs with spaghetti in a tom sauce).

Now im doing a green day - just wondering as ive checked syns online and didnt have much luck - whether anyone knows how many syns?

I also had the potato skins which are 260cals - and obv as its free food have no idea of syn value as the 1syn per 20cal rule doesnt apply - any ideas would be greatly received!!

Have you taken a look in the eating out sub-forum - there are loads of threads about frankie and benny's in there

Yeah i looked but they were more to do with what choices to make rather than syn values - ill have another look though :S
