For things like this (treats etc with NO FREE FOOD allowance) you can use this formula:
1 syn = 20 calories.
So half a syn each.
Remember though, it only works when there is no free food allowance - other things require looking up in the books/website or syns calculator.
Also, mikado sticks have come up many times before - there is a very good search facility on minimins which is worth a look before asking a question - use the blue search box at the top right of the forum you are looking in - it will then limit the search to the appropriate area (so only looking in the syns forum for example if thats what you are looking for)
