helloo :) new to all this so bare with me,
So i started my diet about two months ago, and have lost a stone and a half.
Im reallllyy pleased with this, however, at the moment im feeling like the weight just isnt coming off anymore?
a few weeks back i bought a size 16 pair of trousers, and they NEARLY zip up..but however much i exercise and eat healthy now, they still dont fit weeks later :(
My aim was to be a size 16 for when i start university in september, so i have about a 4/5 weeks left..so fingers crossed with exercise and healthy eating il get there!..

Doctor also prescribed me xenical a month back, however it has not worked in the slightest for me, which was a bit disapointing as I have seen diaries on here which seem to show really good weight loss with it when eating healthy and doing plenty of exercise..- so that was also a bit of a bummer...

think i may attempt to do the slim fast diet with the shakes, but im a bit worried that i will put it all back on again once eating normal again!..

any advice would be much appreciated..sorry for blabbing on :)

Hi, what is a typical daily menu for you and how much exercise are you doing?
Maybe you aren't eating enough?
If you post that then someone may be able to give you some pointers

I tend to have fruit in the morning with a yoghurt of some kind, then lunch I have a weight watchers meal and in the evening i tend to have a salad with tuna or chicken with a pita bread..then through the day if i get hungry i will eat fruit or the slim fast snack bars..

hello and welcome along :)

well done on your weight loss so far! I reckon there comes a time when we all 'get stuck'..but it will kick start again, don't worry! Your menu looks fine to me, but it is true that enough calories have to be consummed to kick start metabolism.

Always pile your plate with lots of veg and snacking on fruit is a good idea, so you are in the right frame of mind.

Pity xenical didn't work for you, has your doctor suggested anything you could do to continue with a steady weight loss? although I am not a gym person, i believe that the body builds muscle when exercising, so that could explain the results on the scales, and despite what they say, your body could still be losing inches elsewhere...tummy etc.

Keep posting, don't give up, you are doing so well :)
