Hi there
Its my 2nd day on Exante.
Im feeling like I may be in ketosis already as hunger has gone from yesterday and feel quite eleated.
Now, I have left home without any Exante products, so as I would like something now, is it ok to have one of those ready made slim-fast shaes as a one off.
It wont jepodise ketosis or anything will it?
Thanks

I'm not sure about slimfast, I think I've read on here they have a lot of sugar.

If it were me I'd go for one of the meal replacement bars from the supermarket. Ie measure up from Tesco, there's information on the right ones to have on a thread that's been stickied.

Leese

or buy a small pack of chicken from m&s. I wouldn't touch slimfast shakes.

Cheers guys

If measure up bars are ok (from Asda) would i be right in guessing measure up-shakes would be ok aswell?

Its ok, ignore my last comment.
I have just discovered the sticky thread that debates the merrits of Measure Up shakes.

No I think they are the same as slim fast, have the measure up bar instead or the biggest losers meal replacement ones are ok as well :)
