Is anyone else on here doing the working solution? I tried doing the TS but found it a bit too much and i missed being able to eat with friends and family occasionally too. After a 14lb weight loss on TS I am switching to WS (had a couple of days off the diet at the weekend and put on 2lbs, oops, but I'm sure is mainly water weight)
I understand I can have an extra 400 calories on WS. Does this have to be in one go, or can I space out throughout the day? Was thinking of having a couple of protein based snacks eg chicken, fish or if I want a proper meal basing around meat or fish and vegetables or salad. Can I have any extra treats so long as I don't go above 400 cals extra? I don't mind losing weight a little slower compared to TS in exchange for a little extra flexibility but I don't want to slow down completely.
