This is one happy lady ( lady who said that ??!!)

fillymum

synful soul
My sister is coming to stay for 10 days. Yippee..................I am so thrilled as I adore her, we are such good buddies.

Those of you who have been around for long enough will know how much I love her visits We have such fun without living the high life. We just laugh so much.

She is flying with Ryan air so will be carrying her poachers jacket which had 8 pockets, deep, deep pockets, when she bought it and she has sown another 4 into it lol !!!! She will be wearing 2 layers of clothing and just carrying hand baggage. She leaves clothes and toiletries here.

She is a super, lovey wonderful person and the bonus, she will do SW with me.

Aww that's lovely to hear!!

Awww lovely! My mate and I are like that we roll around laughing at rubbish even though I'm 41 and she's 65! Hated it when she lived in Spain as I couldn't see her as much now I see her fortnightly sometimes weekly it's great!

Have a lovely time, all that giggling is body magic!

*scratches head in bewilderment at the term "lady" in the title*

But you really deserve some good time after your traumatic last few months. I hope it's all you expect, and more.

lady???? lady????? what, where,i didnt see no lady.....*chuckle*

aww thats fab news...you'll have an amazing time x

Yipeeeeeeeeeeee brilliant news. When is she arriving?

20th of September to the 30th September. She is coming specially for my birthday.

Hopefully all my hospital appointments will be over by then, if not we will just have to let Valencia see what it has been missing.

Yay! Great news! Give her a Gill based hug from me!

Absolutely !!! A hug from one Gill to another.
She knows you reached target and is mega impressed.

I have just spoken to her and she is as excited as me.

So far I have asked her to bring Milliput for Paul and knickers for me.........nowt like M&S knickers.

Hey lady (ROFLMAO)

That'll be my auntie then?

Do mention all the years of back-date pocket money won't you?

Cheers Mumsie
x

I had to look up Milliput. And now I'm REALLY curious lol.
Have a great time together. How's she doing with SW? I believe you introduced her to Minimins, but can't remember her user name.

Paul uses Milliput for some of his porcelain restoration work.

I did introduce her to SW and she has been an abject failure lol. She must be about 19 stone at least bynow and is only 5' 1 ", but I can get a stone off her whilst she is here.

A big problem for her is that her even more overweight daughter (and quite happy with it !) lives with her and spends her evenings eating cream cakes and chocolates.
If she was here for longer she would do so well with me cos it is good for me to have someone do it with me and really keeps me on track.

hugs xxxx

My sister is the same Sue. She loves junk food more than she wants to lose weight. I keep trying to get her onto slimming world - even paid for her to come to class, but she won't stick to it!

Unfortunately, as we all know, it's up to the person concerned to realise they need to do something. No amount of peer pressure can make them - and sometimes pressurising them has the adverse effect. It's a bit like you have to treat an addict, unfortunately. Just be there for them when they get that "lightbulb moment"

It is so frustrating isn't it? She would benefit so much from being slimmer as she has long term fibromyalgia so has dreadful joint pain already.

just hope someone turns that light on soon
