No. Gnocchi average is :

Gnocchi, potato dumplings, cooked without fat, 100g cooked 1½

Not as far as I'm aware, but I might be wrong, it's not something I eat very often. Usually it would have some oil in it as fresh pasta does.

and gnocchi also contains flour which needs to be synned (well homemade gnocchi does anyways lol)

Although calculating this one yesterday: http://www.minimins.com/syn-values/225976-asda-extra-special-italian-tricolor-gnocchi.html according to that data they are free on EE/Green. Im not totally sure though cos a quick google for that product brings up a different set of nutritional data: ASDA Groceries Online - From our store to your door
