Good luck with your journey. I hope it is as short as it can be. Sounds like you are off to a good start with your menu. How many days of attack are you doing?
 
Was the oat bran porridge nice?? do you just mix the oat bran with milk?????
 
Just had my first galette and firmly recommend it. delish!

Good luck. Just gotta find a way to get the oat bran down in the best possible way!!
 
Your menu looks good Chereally... if you're hungry, don't hesitate to eat more chicken, steak etc.

Remember the sugar free multi vitamin tablet, and drink lots of H2O.
