changing group...........

Hi all. I need to change my sw group but I'm not sure if I just turn up at another to be weighed or if I have to re-register.

You can just turn up - but if you want to make the new group your permanent group, the consultant will probably get you to fill in a form so that they can transfer your details across.

If it were me, I would probably get in touch with the consultant of the previous group just to let them know - its just polite really and would also mean that they wont be trying to get in touch with you to find out where you are!
