I don't feel like I've lost anything !

So, I joined Weight Watchers in January and have lost 2 and a half stone up until now. I hit a plateau with it though and have stayed the same weight for the past 4 weeks, so I thought I would give Slimming World a try to 'shake it up a bit'!

I'm on my 5th day now, and although I've resisted the urge to jump on the scales to see how I'm doing, I really don't feel as if I could possibly have lost any weight due to the amount that I have eaten!!!

Is it normal not to feel hungry all the time AND still lose weight ??

YES!! You'll be surprised how many people ask that question :)

Let us know how you do on your WI, i'm sure you'll be pleased.

Where is written that you have to feel hungry all the time in order to lose weight? You shouldn't feel hungry all the time!

If anything I ate more food while losing weight that i did before joingin SW but the food I was eating was all good, healthy and filling free and superfree foods that are relatively low in calories. Some people on here have totalled up their daily calorie intake as an experiment and found they were eating around 1500 calories - which is a perfectly acceptable level for weight loss in most people.

So trust in the plan!

I am losing weight and don't feel hungry at all. It does work!
