I'm new and really want to do well!

Hello everyone, just want to say hello and thank you.
I started on Saturday and so far so good, I've already benefitted from this forum already just by reading all the good stuff on here.

Me too, started on sunday and im finding it ok, gonna weigh in on wednesday as cant get to scales till then, but after nearly two days on attack i feel much less bloated, so feel good!!!
