Hi All,
I joined this forum yesterday & after reading loads of posts, I thought i'd better post an introduction myself.
I'm a 38 year old,divorced male with 2 children 9 & 10.
At the begining of this year I weighed 25 1/2 stone.
I started eating healthier from March & so far have lost 4 stone.
However, the past few weeks I have reached a bit of a plateau.
So a friend recomended the Cambridge Diet.
I contacted a local councelor, & i am starting the Sole Source on Wednesday.
I'm a bit aprehensive, that i wont be eating any proper food for a few weeks, but I've had my diet head on for a few months now, so it should be ok.
I would appreciate any tips or recomendations.
Anyway, good luck to everyone & keep up the good work.

hiya paul,

Good luck Paul, starting on exante vlcd on tuesday myself, so keep in touch and let me know how youre going. Youve done marvellously so far!! 4 stone...I wish!!

Well done on your weight loss, 4 stone is amazing :) Good luck with the new diet and I hope it works for you!

Hi and welcome, well done on your 4 stone, that's great!:p

Hi Paul. Well done so far! I'm on the Cambridge diet and am on day 13. It's not easy but the results make it worth it! I've already lost a stone and I've not even been on it for a fortnight yet! Good luck and I hope you do well :)

4 stone is amazing just doing it by yourself...3 stone and I would be past my target...one day maybe :)

I tried the Cambridge but unfortunately could only do for a couple of weeks I had an allergic reaction to the powder...but it came off so easy...drink lots of water and once your body is in ketosis you really aren't hungry one bit just need the willpower to carry on but with 4 stone under your belt I'm sure you will do great things!

Well done, that's great going so far :) Welcome to the site and I hope you enjoy being part of the forums.
