2 Days on WS and now back on the waggon

Hiya all,
Well had two meals yesterday, small chicken salad and meal out at a friends house. He very kindly tried to give me a very healthy low protein meal. I had veg soup with bacon dumplings (carrots, celeriac, celery, dumplings no flour jusy lean bacon and garlic) and a griddled steak and salad. The rest of them had the same but bread and butter with the soup and tirimsu. It did not bother me in the slightest and now bad on the shakes today. I feel fine no tummy troubles or shakes. I think I would try this and have a meal with the family on one day of the week if it meant that you could stick to the diet and the rules. Have not weighed myself yet as I need to do it tomorrow at work but still hoping for a good loss. x
 
That sounds good Sarah B. Was your first week 8lbs loss, how good is that, Im a newbie starting Tues hopefully, so very encouraging if thats a weeks worth! Had a response to post yesterady that said '11lbs a week...thats why we do it', all seemed a bit extreme to me, but 8lbs would be fab week 1. Have you had exante experience before?
 
Hiya, I lost 8lb in the first 5 days !!! Not weighed myself since then or since eating the list above. I'll be weighing myself at work tomorrow. So I'll keep you posted. I have tried vlcd before Lipotrim but hated it (I still tried it several times returning back in desparation!!!!!!!!) any way I much prefer this one as you can it seems make it fit your life a bit better. Not sure how much of a difference eating will have done but I think if it keeps you on track I'll be doing it if I need too. Good luck with your week. Sarah x (ps remember I have a lot too loose!).
