YES YES YES I have done it my BMI is under 30. That makes me just over weight for the first time in years Im now not obese or even morbidly obese as I was when I started. I'm so happy right now, I thought I wouldnt have lost this week because my packs were 3 days late so had to eat for 3 days but no I lost 3 lbs so also now feel that I will be ok in life after exante lol. anyway thanks everyone for all your help.xx

Only 5 more BMI's to get rid of for me!!! xx

thanks, you will get there before you know it, stick to the diet and it will fall off as you have seen so far lol.xxx
