Hi,
My brother told me about this diet and i have been doing it the past 2 days.
I'm not considered overweight but i want to shed a bit of weight so i can see my abs again......yeah i'm male .
So, i've done 2 red days so far and i'm just basing them off what my bro wrote down for me.
Yesterday
Breakfast - 3 weetabix, 125ml of Blue milk
Snack - Low fat yoghurt
Dinner - Omelet with ham and a tiny amount of cheese for flavor
Snack - Light Alpen Bar and French Fries
Tea - Turkey and loads of veg (no potatoes)
*Various fruit through out the day
Today
Breakfast - 3 weetabix
Snack - Low fat yoghurt
Dinner - Bacon sandwich
Snack - French Fries
Tea - Omelet with ham and small amount of cheese.
*Various fruit through out day
Now after researching i seem to be just under the 15 syns a day.
Does that sort of food look ok for a red day?
Also i'm unsure about what 'free' foods i can have on a red/green day.
Fruit doesn't seem to fill me up that much.
Can anyone give me any advice on some free foods?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards.
