How to maintain a good weekly loss

I guess this could be the million pound question but I go on holiday in 11 weeks and want to lose as much as possible... I've decided 2lbs a week is a realistic loss and will take me to 9st8lbs which would be amazing. So how am I going to do it?
Those of you who are losing around that at the moment, how many syns are you using a day and how much exercise? Any additional help or guidance would be much appreciated :D
 
Stick to the plan and exercise regularly.

Sometimes the simple answers are the most effective.
 
I've been doing EE and some people in group say they find doing red and green days boosts their weight loss.
 
What Maximus said. Just stick to the plan. We're all different, we all have different amount of weight to lose and different things work for different people. The one thing we have in common is we stick to the plan. As you're not really that heavy to start with I think 2lb might be bordering on the overenthusiastic. If you just stick to the plan you *will* lose weight, nobody can really predict how much it might be, but you will lose. Good luck and happy holidays x :)
 
Thank you Ermintrude... your words certainly make me feel better. Sometimes harder when you have less to lose and don't want to go to extreme measures like I did when I was at my lowest weight on WW. Like you say, stick to the plan and I will lose weight. Just wish I had knuckled down to it earlier then I wouldn't be in this position!

I think this is excellent advice. I am coming to see so many of my problems with my diet and weight are more to do with my attitude and expectations. I keep setting myself targets and deadlines that just put too much pressure on myself. Im sticking to plan now, doing my exercise and will accept whatever results that brings cos in the end i will lose weight.
