hey all does any1 no if these are safe to use, what i mean is they wont knock me out of ketosis??

I was told no. I will ask tomorrow at my weigh in as that is the only thing that will knock me off this diet. I can't stand my mouth tasting horrible. It's worse as i smoke so i have to visit to loo to knock back some mouth wash after every one!
Found some Listerine breath strips on-line but could do with some gum!!!!

I'd also like to know the answer to this (though it's probably not allowed - nothing is lol!)
My gf is coming home from holiday in a few days and I'm worried I'll scare her off with my stinky breath even with all the mouthwash and stuff. Anyone else's OH noticed it much? x

I'm getting through that much mouth wash my other half wouldn't notice as i permanently smell of Listerine!
I'll let you know what pharmacist says tomorrow morning x

I checked with pharmacist today - he said only listerine and oraldene. Hope that helps. I'm starting on Sunday. Newbie

i get concentrated mint drops from my pharmacist. They have rung up to get the ok for them. I end up drinkin mine though lol

this spray was in the same box as the drops so im thinkin it should be ok, i mite email lipotrim themselves andd see what they say xx
