Attack Wow me or the scales

Day 3 on attack, very bad headache! Will have to up my water intake. So I braved the scales this morning and 5lbs down yippee, I am so excited.

Is this normal for day 3 or the scales need adjusting.

i have restarted and am also on day 3 attack and lost 5lbsno headaches yet but dukan tummy cramps

i got on the scales this morning after 1 day on attack and the scales said im down 5lbs, cant believe it, granted ive got ALOT to lose though
