Am I right in thinking that the orange & berry water flavours have unlimited use.
I hope so as I've been using them a lot. Even been making lolly pops to munch on during the evening.

Hopefully a CDC will be along in a mo (just thought I'd bump the post up). As far as I know, it's ok to drink all of your daily water intake flavoured once ketosis has been established - my CDC never told me to restrict the intake anyway.
It's so strong that you can't actually consume THAT much anyway (in my own experience). As I said though, A CDC will be along soon and will give the right advice
