1st weigh in with EE

I have been following EE for a few weeks as my weight wasn't shifting. My consultant suggested i try it as a change. I couldn't go last week as I was ill but went yesterday and shock horror. My weight went from 11.4 to 11.8. Not quite the result I was after ! I am now ditching EE and returning to red/green. Any advice on getting rid of my horrid gain is welcome.
