I like to make a chicken soup (using real chicken stock, leek, carrots and celery which I blend to thicken the soup) on my red days or a ham/chicken sandwich (hexb) with a muller light.
I have loads of different stuff for lunches - wholemeal pittas with chicken, pitta pizza, sw quiches with bacon peppers and mushroom, RYvita and philli light, soup, salads, leftovers from night before! Chilli, spaghetti Bol, curries!!! Xxx
