Hi All,

Got a bit of a daft question... I have done SW in past and really enjoyed it, went back to WW last year for a change lost 21lb and then got stuck :-(
So decided to go back to SW and have been doing it for 3 weeks and really enjoying it... however getting to daft question. I wiped my brain free of how I used to do the plan and started afresh but a bit confused with 1\3 of plate being superfree on EE?

Does every meal need to have some superfee foods??? So for example today;-

B=Crunchy Bran 42g & Muller with fruit
L=Tuna & Onion with Salad
Asda Fresh Fruit Bowl

Heinz Low Fat Noodles (Snack)

So should I not be having the noodles without any veg? Does this all make sense lol lol Any help would be great!

the meals should have one third superfree but the noodles are a snack so it is not essential

that said sw do say to try and make superfree foods your first choice for snacks

Only on EE. You can still do Green & Rde. You dont have to have superfree with your noodles if they are just a snack - BUT the general plan is to try and snack on superfree as your first port of call, followed by free, followed by everything else. Its fine to have noodles and things as snacks if you want them on occasion - but not for every single snack. You should try to snack on free-er foods when possible.
