Had some chicken breast, Im down to 14 st though. I dont think it will effect my ketosis, as it 100% protein and no carbs, I just have a few hundred extra cals to get rid of.
Am I right.
Back 100% tomorrow, I want to brake the 14st barrier before I refeed next week for my Dads wedding on the 30th

As its only chicken you have had to eaten you should still stay in ketosis :)
I am sure you will get under the 14 stone barrier by the 30th. Just get back on track & stay focused :) x
 
Nathan, you have chosen the best thing to eat anyway. You will remain in ketosis so don't feel bad, you've done brilliantly so far and I'm sure you will continue to do so,

it shouldn't effect your ketosis, don't worry too much, tomorrow is another day just remember this feeling so you don't do it again x

There's nothing you can do about it now, just count it as a minor mistake (it shouldn't affect ketosis anyway). I'm sure you'll still have a good loss and be looking great for the wedding. Good luck x
 
Hi, I was on lipo before and crashed on week 3 too. It started with chicken but didnt stop there. Once I got the taste in my mouth of any food, I couldnt stop after that. A bit of chick is fine coz its protein and once you stop there youll be grand. I so regret it now but if Id kept to the chicken, id have been fine. This diet is tough and youre great to get to Day 18, wow so just put it down as a mistake and off you go again. All the best and a bit o chicken no harm. Just dont do what I did, stay strong. By way Im only on DAY 2 so I hope I take my own advice. Good luck
