Hi,

Im new here and new to Slimming World.

Im looking for syns of Innocent Thai Curry Veg pot. ON the SW website it says 8 on EE but lots of members on here say it 4?

Im confused. please someone help

It is 7/8 sins. The innocent lentil Dahl curry pot is the lowest.

Is it 4 syns per portion, i.e. half a pot? Also is that for the same flavour?

Either way I'd go for the 'official' version.
