Hi there :wave_cry: i joined here a few weeks ago and after seeing so many lovely recipes on here i decided to join slimming world. I went for the first time last night - feel quite apprehensive as seems alot to take in but i hope something will stick (not the weight though!) and will become clearer.
I lost a little bit of weight before April when i got married by watching food intake and using personal trainer, unfortunately i couldn't afford to keep PT on and have typically gained some Newlywed weight . I had stopped going the gym but have started going to bootcamp last week and need to concentrate on exercising more instead of slobbing on sofa! I have a honeymoon booked for September 6th so hope to see bit of improvement before then!
Anway just thought i'd post and say hi so not always reading and running!
