Noodle Question

No problem. Per serving (125g) there's 5pp. :)

Shopping guide says 1 pack, 150g is 7pp. Seems right to me, 150g cooked noodles is 6 or 7 in the purple guide you get and straight to wok noodles in my opinion are always 150g (I always use them).

Blue Dragon do wholewheat ones which are 6pp for 150g (lowest I found) and are also a filling and healthy food :) Just sharing in case you wanted an alternative :p

I have these at home and the serving size is 125g on the back? I'll check again later and post NI to be sure we're talking about the same noodles lol. I know my sharwoods fine egg noodles defo work out as 6pp for 125g (uncooked weight).

Ok... details were this:
Protein 5.8
Carb 40.3
Fat 1.6
Fibre 3.2

It says per serving? tck... I thought that meant a serving was whatever grams ya know but obviously not!! grrr..
If you work out using the 100g figures and add another 50g onto that then it'll work out as 7pp... sorry for the confusion.

On another note though... if you wanna use the fine noodles instead, they're only 6pp per 150g! :)

I pointed all the straight to wok noodles, any variety, as 6pp per sachet.
