Hello :)

19/July:

Breakfast:
3 oven baked Quorn sausages
1 Large tomato
3 tbsp baked beans
1/2 large banana
2 wholemeal slices bread (400g loaf)
1 Extra light Laughing cow cheese (ELLC)
Atkins Advantage chocolate bar

Lunch:
1 Ryvita sesame
3 carrot battons
3 tbsp reduced fat hoummus
an apple

Dinner:
Chopped chicken breast with
1/2 pack stir fry vegs
1 nest dried egg noodles
2 tbsp olive oil (eeek!)
garlic, ginger, spices

Today:

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs
2 slices wholemeal bread (of a 400g loaf)
3 tbsp oatbran
150ml semi skimmed milk
1 ELLC

Lunch:
spaghetti with mushrooms and a sauce made of fat free fromage frais, dash of semi skimmed milk and 1 ELLC cheese
an apple

Snack:
banana

Dinner:

Jacket potato filled with cottage cheese
roasted carrots
Muller orange sprinkled with dark chocolate YUM!

So... This morning I had:
3 small wholewheat and bran crackers (about half the size of a standard ryvita each)
topped with 3 tbsp low fat cottage cheese and few drops of tabasco
1/2 a large banana

Lunch:
1 Regular americano with semi skimmed milk
25g chocolate mmm
1 chammomile tea

Snack:
2 slices wholemeal bread (400g loaf)
1 ELLC
few carrot battons
1 atkins advantage chocolate bar
1 tbsp hoummus

Dinner:
Turkey cottage pie (with celery, tomato, carrots and mushrooms in the filling)
1 tbsp olive oil

200ml semi skimmed milk

Snack:
2 wholemeal slices of bread (400g loaf)
1 tbsp low fat cottage chese
1 tbsp reduced fat hoummus

Lunch:
Yesterday's cottage pie leftover
an apple

Snack:
1 Muller yogurt vanila and chocolate sprinkles
4 atkins crackers topped with
4 tbsp low fat cottage cheese and a few drops of
tabasco
boiled plain dried egg noodles with some tabasco and boiled carrot battons

Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast marinated with
1 tbsp jamaican jerk paste with
garlic pepper wedges cooked in
1 tbsp olive oil
roasted broccoli spears YUCK!

For breakfast I had:
2 scrambled eggs with a dash of semi skimmed milk
2 slices wholemeal bread
2 Quorn sausages
1 tbsp ketchup 1syn

Lunch:
1 bowl of home made vegetable soup
1 Atkins crackers
4 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
1 coffee with milk (from a cafe so unsure if wm/ssm/or sm)


Dinner:
Rice noodles, cabbage, bell pepper and prawns stir fry
1 tbsp olive oil (6syns?)

Hi! Thought I'd pop by & say thanks for the support! You are doing well, gonna steal some food ideas lol :)

Hope you get your teeth sorted soon! It might be worth getting referred to a hospital dentist or seeking a second NHS opinion before you pay out?

Today's been a bit syns mad..

Breakfast:
3 slices wholemeal bread (400g loaf)
45g bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
2 ELLC
2 pain au chocolat (Sainsbury's) Syne???
Coffee with semi skimmed milk

Snack:
went to cinema so couldn't resist the following..
two-thirds of chocolate chip ice cream pot - cinema brand unsure..

Lunch:
decided to picnic when we realised that the weather's still lovely..

Shared half a Sainsbury's rottisserie chicken (syns?)
Mixed leaf salad, few cherry toms
1 satsuma
6 sesame breadsticks!!!! (syns, no idea!)
2 tbsp hoummus
1 chocolate Freddie (again, syns ?)
8 marinated olives

Snack:
Orange ice lolly ( 2.5 syns according to latest SW magazine)
34.5g bag of Walkers ready salted crisps (syns..)
apple


I reckon so far I've probably consummed 40-50 syns..

Lunch:
Home made veg soup
4 sesame breadsticks
2 tbsp hoummus
1 rice cake
basmatti rice, 4 tbsp low fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp nando's peri peri sauce
satsuma, banana and an apple

Snack:
banana, apple

Dinner:
[STRIKE]
chicken casserol (with potatoes and vegs)
[/STRIKE] fell asleep so didn't have that..
instead, snacked on:
2 sesame breadsticks, 1 tbsp hoummus

Weigh in: 71kg
I can't believe I'm down to the weight I weighed before having my baby! Even though I don't look the way I looked before (more wobbly to be precise) it's nice to see that weight on the scales again..
I am however still doubtfull... perhaps its the old-faddy-dieter in me that can't believe that I've lost real weight after eating like I did..

I look forward to getting down to the 69kg .. I've this annoying little voice in my head that keeps telling me it's water loss ..so getting to a weight lower than I ever been would be wonderful.

I'm by no means complaining though...!

freddo caramel 5 syns
1 breadstick with 1 tsp hoummus
banana

Dinner:
Pasta with fat free fromage frais and petit pois
small side salad

Baked crustless quiche (eggs, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes, potatoes, dash of semi skimmed milk and 300g low fat cottage cheese) 1.5 syn
Side salad
2 slices Nimble (HexB 3)
Bowl of strawberries and a dollop of fat free fromage frais
banana

Dinner:
leftover quiche with some side salad
banana
4 slices of Nimble !!!!! (10 syns)

Gone a bit bread mad .. I was advised to use up my syns... and since OH's asleep I'm not going to have a drink or bother going to the shops to buy chockies/crisps...

Total syns: 11.5

Trying a red day..

Breakfast:

Semi skimmed milk ( 1 HexA)

Lunch:
Sardines in tomato sauce on 2 slices Nimble (5 syns)
Salad with cherry toms
Mixed fruits (Strawberries, watermelon, peaches, apricot)


Snack:
2 Original babybels (2nd HexA)
Freddo Caramel (5syns)
1 organix rice cake 1/4th of a breadstick (2 syns)

Dinner:
Baked seabass with roasted toms, butternut squash wedges, bell pepper and red onions.
Fat free Muller yogurt

Well, my first ever attempt at a red/original day went well!

Today's a green day...:

Breakfast:
2x 28g bran flakes (HexB 1 & 2)
2 original babybels (HexA 1)
Semi skimmed milk (HexA 2)
Half a large banana, few segments of satsuma


Lunch:
Morrisons meat free sausages (1syn)
Home made wedges (no oil)

Snack:
Quavers (5.5 syns)
21g Milkyway (4.5 syns)

Dinner:
couple of spoonfuls Quorn and beans chilli
Total syns: 11

Last night's Quorn and beans chilli with
plain boiled rice
Fat free greek yogurt

Snack:
Decaff coffee with milk from allowance
2 NICE biscuits (4 syns)


Dinner:
chicken stirfry with lots of dried egg noodles.
Blue dragon Hoi sin and Garlic sauce (3syns)

Decaff Coffee and a cheeky Freddo (5 syns) while watching Doc Martin!:banana dancer::mermaid::mermaid:

Total syns: 14.5
