Week 2 WI :(

112lbs lost - 28 to go!
K other than a mini slip last friday where I had a wholemeal pitta bread and a can of tuna, I've had nothing but shakes and been 100% so why have I gained 3lbs?! I know week 2 is usually a lower loss for me but a gain?! I've been so good! :(
 
is it time of the month? (as this does effect our weight) does your scales need a new battery? have you moved your scales?
it wont be a 'fat' gain and you should see it drop off in no time ;)
 
I agree - impossible to be a 'fat' gain, unless you ate about 9000 calories of pitta bread and tuna!!!! Must be fluid or scales error. So carry on and look forward to a good loss next week.
 
Thanks peeps. It's just frustrating but then I did have a huge loss last week. Will just keep going and no slip ups this week!

That's the spirit 212 - it's physically impossible for it to be a true fat gain unless you ate a helluvalot of pitta and tuna :p. Here's to a big loss for you next week! x
