Advise Exante for men

Hi All,

I am currently on day 10 of doing Lipotrim, and my hubby was about to start, however looking at Exante it will work out £100 cheaper per month for him to do Exante diet.

Not sure how it works for a man as with Lipotrim men can only have 2 shakes a day, but looking at Exante website it says you can have 3-4 a day?

Is the weight loss just as good as it is with Lipotrim?

Any advise or comments that I could pass onto him would be greatly appreciated.

I can't comment on a comparison between LT and exante, but my partner has been doing exante now for almost 2 weeks and has settled into it really easily. He lost about half a stone in his first week and he doesn't have much to lose (he's really doing it to support me) and he's been doing Working Solution (3 packs plus a 400kcal meal) rather than Total Solution... So, it's definitely working for him! You should also get faster results with TS (about a stone a month, possibly more for your fella especially if he has quite a bit to lose).

The other good things about exante is that you don't have to sign up or commit to anything. Your hubby could get a bumber pack to last him a month and see how that goes. Thereafter if he feels LT would be better for him he could easily make the switch.

Good choice (am only a little bit biased - still really happy about my week 2 weight in results). Would be great to have you on board too if you decide to join us. We are quite the big happy (mostly ) exante family and it's a busy wee forum these days!

I can really recommend Exante. I was seriously not into the club/ group or external weigh in. I'm a bloke after all!

I am doing the TS and so far so good! Quality ingredients are not bad tasting to boot!

Also found this site to be a fab motivator!

Get him on here, we could do with a bit more testosterone !

You can't beat the price! I think a lot of people prefer the Exante shakes too. Good luck to you and hubby

As a male I can say it is working well enough for me @ 3 products per day. First week and I lost 17lbs.
