chicken shish kebab

Any body know the syn value of a chicken shish no sauces just salad and pitta?

I asked this a few weeks ago & was told the chicken is free as its grilled, & say between 9-11 syns for the pitta bread depending on its size, & aslong as the salad was plain no sort of dressing then that's free to. I'm following EE. Hope this helps xx
