how do u check ketosis...help!!!!

how can i check if my body goes into ketosis? DO you use some kind of strips? where do you buy them from?

You can buy them from your CDC or from chemists including Boots. Most people go into Ketosis by about day 3, one sure sign is horrid breath

tara1 i used to rely on ketostix all the time, used to use them every time i needed the loo, was a bit obsessed but to be honest mine have been in a negative reading for the last week yet i still continue to loose the LBS with no cheating. I would strongly advise you dont use them as you might get a bit dis heartened if they show negative even tho u continue to loose weight.

If you are not close to a chemist - ebay sells them and they can be posted to your house!
