scan bran to bind?

Hi, strange question I know, but could I use a scan bran to bind my homemade burgers?

Try as I might, I cant get my burgers to stick togeather without bread in them. I syn this and only use 2 slices of a small loaf (6syns if im not mistaken) making the burgers a syn each.

I was just wondering with scan bran 1syn, if this could bind my mince i wouldnt need to syn them.

ALos, I dont realy want to try it as im skint skint skint and cant realy afford to wast the mince if it doesnt work.

Any ideas or thoughts would be most welcolme

Home made burgers

I bind mine with an egg - syn free and works every time - 1 egg binds enough for at least six burgers. Hope this helps
