Italian Restaurant

Im going out with friends on Friday night for a meal at an Italian restaurant. Iv looked at the menu and other than pizza theres only one other vegetarian option. That is Risotto Primavera (Arborio rice cooked with asparagus and peas topped with rocket and parmesan). How am i meant to syn that?
Thanks for any help in advance..bit of a longshot for info but thought there was no harm in trying!

I'm struggling for other options!!

I asked my consultant and she said it would be hard to tell how to syn it. Just avoid the pizza ..So she recomended syning it at about 15. So im having a ''low syn' week just in case.
