busy day...

had a really busy day at work… but a really good day that i didn’t expect…
got into my friend’s car this morning and she said that she can tell the weight is coming off (i thought she may have just been being nice)… but then i was commented on by three people at work, one saying there was a massive difference since last week and they were really shocked…
i am over the moon because i kept saying to my friend that i wanted people to notice but not just say it because they know i am on this diet…
