Only managing 10g carbs a day

Not sure why this is. Today I had:

B: Bacon and eggs
L: Salmon Fillet with pesto and mayo sauce, pak choi (60g) and brocolli (50g)
D: Sirloin Steak with cabbage (100g) in sauce of butter, cream and lardons
S: Salmon fillet again (was starving!)

Am I eating too much fat? I hate salad with a passion so am hoping the low carb veg can replace it ok. Should I add mroe carbs? Am on induction still.

Try and get as close to 20g as you can. Your body needs food to function and you should never be hungry on this way of eating.
Do you like spinach? I know tomatoes aren't supposed to be for induction but I use them at times to bump my carbs up a bit.
Try snacking on low carb sausages or boiled eggs.
You seem to be going in the right direction, you just need a few more carbs.
 
We need 20g a day because the brain needs carbs to function properly. Amazingly the brain is a muscle and it has to get the fuel it needs to do all it has to do to control our vital body functions. Get most of that 20g - at least 15g - from green leafy vegetables. This is very important!

Good luck and enjoy the Atkins way of eating.
 
You can't have tomato on induction???? It's listed in my Atkins book as a veggie you're allowed (it's on veg list, not salad). Is this maybe a difference between the new and old Atkins books (mine's the new)? I'd be lost if I couldn't have them, I LOVE tomato!
Nikkib could you mix some of the allowed salad items with mayo to make a cold sauce/side dish? Like maybe celery, chives, cucumber and rocket? I would imagine they would all go well with mayo if chopped finely, either mixed or just on their own. Do you not like peppers? They're on the salad list (in my book anyway) and could be grilled or roasted if you don't want them cold. Just a few ways I can think of for you to use some of the things off the salad list and bump up your veggie carb count.
