Was reading an article the other day on a tea that had a good rating,,, it is called Pu-Erh Tea (fermented black tea), It is supposed to be excellent for your digestion and also 'aids weight loss' Now I am not really a tea drinker, but wondered if anyone out there had tried it, or know where to get it.. have tried my local supermarkets and the only one who does it is waitrose but alas i do not have one in the Nottingham area. There was trials on various teas and the pu-erh one came out on top !!! any thoughts anyone ???
