Unofficial drinks on LL

I heard someone on the cambridge diet say that they can have the following drinks because they are free from citric acid. E.g. certain varieties of perfectly clear and that Dr Pepper and Coca Cola zero. I'm guessing it would be the same for LL as the diets are similar.

Also the cambridge water flavourings are exactly the same as the LL ones and are much cheaper. I have bought them before off e-bay-though they are not there very often.

Officially on Lighterlife you aren't allowed any of those drinks, on Cambridge you are allowed one small glass a day of calorie free drink BUT this is a maximum and a lot of CDC's (myself included) recommend you steer well clear as we see people fall off of the diet because of it.

The drink flavourings to my knowledge are not the same as with Lighterlife you get the inulin fibre in the flavouring which you don't with Cambridge as they/we sell a seperate product called Fibre 89.

Thanks for the info. I didn't realise. I just thought that they tasted exactly the same and were less expensive. I will try and steer clear of the zero drinks!
