Is it ok to syn Alpen bars, as well as have my HEb? Or is too much fiber not such a good thing? Its just that i love alpen bars!!! Actually prefer them to chocolate now x

syns are there to use them on exactly what you want

Thanks, i thought that was the case, but read on here somewhere that too much fiber isn't good on SW. I will happily syn away lol xx

just make sure you drink plenty with adding more fibre or could block you up
